Sergeant Lettieri Golf Classic
June 30th @ Fairview Farms Golf Course
Nick Lettieri was born and raised in New Jersey, where he spent much of his early life before moving to Connecticut to attend college. He enrolled at the University of New Haven, where his life took a pivotal turn when he met his future wife, Meghan, during his sophomore year. Their relationship blossomed, and the couple married in September of 2018. In December of 2022, Nick and Meghan welcomed their son, Finn, into the world, marking a joyus new chapter in their lives.
Professionally, Nick embarked on a career in law enforcement when he joined the Torrington Police Department in October of 2014. His dedication to his work and community was quickly recognized, and he was promoted to Sergeant in 2021, deomonstrating his leadership, commitment, and integrity. Nick's career is a reflection of his strong sense of service, and he has become a respected member of the police department.
In November of 2023, Nick was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, a diagnosis that has brought immense challenges to him and his family. Despite the difficulties, Nick remains resilient and continues to fight through his second round of treatment. His courage and determination serve as an inspiration to his loved ones, colleagues, and anyone who hears his story.
Nick's journey is one of service, love, and perseverance, and his family and community continue to rally behind him as he faces these challenging times.
